This position involves contributing to large-scale projects by ensuring BIM management, coordination, and continuous improvement of practices within multidisciplinary teams
Challenges awaiting you
- Manage and update Revit content including templates, families, parameters, and libraries
- Set up and administer the common data environment including folder structure, permissions, and exchange processes
- Prepare, maintain, and evolve BIM documentation including execution plans, procedures, and guidelines
- Use BIM content management tools such as Content Catalog
- Provide daily technical support and resolve BIM-related issues
- Train and support users while promoting best practices
- Participate in technology monitoring and propose improvements including automation and artificial intelligence
- Coordinate the integration of discipline models into a federated model
- Participate in project startup by implementing standards, templates, and collaborative environments
- Configure and maintain production and coordination tools such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Navisworks, and Design Collaboration
- Ensure BIM file exchanges and version traceability
- Ensure model consistency with project requirements and internal standards
- Ensure the quality of BIM deliverables
Profile we’re looking for
- Hold a technical or university degree in architecture, engineering, building technology, construction, or a related field
- Have 5 to 10 years of experience in BIM coordination in a multidisciplinary environment
- Be highly proficient in Revit and related tools and plugins
- Knowledge of Dynamo an asset
- Proficient in coordination and validation tools such as Navisworks or equivalent
- Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud or BIM 360 including data management and workflows
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Demonstrate a service-oriented mindset for support, training, and guidance
- Understanding of artificial intelligence tools applied to BIM an asset
