BIM Manager

Are you looking to play a central role in advancing BIM practices across multidisciplinary projects ?

This role will allow you to oversee BIM processes, ensure model quality, support project teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of gbi’s digital practices.

Challenges awaiting you

Act as the BIM reference for assigned projects and ensure compliance with BIM requirements and standards
Develop, implement, and monitor BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and BIM Management Plans (BMP)
Set up and maintain collaborative BIM environments (ACC/BIM 360), as well as information exchange and coordination processes
Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM activities and oversee clash detection processes
Conduct model audits and ensure the quality, compliance, and integrity of digital models
Support project teams in applying BIM best practices
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the organization’s BIM standards, tools, and processes
Contribute to team training and the integration of new digital technologies

Profile we’re looking for

Hold a degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Technology, Construction, or a related field
Have a minimum of five years of relevant experience in BIM coordination or management
Have experience in engineering consulting or a multidisciplinary environment
Have strong proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks, Revizto, or BIM Track
Have a good knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and BIM 360
Demonstrate a strong understanding of BIM processes, LOD/LOI levels, and multidisciplinary model management
Demonstrate collaborative leadership, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
Demonstrate excellent written and spoken French
Hold a CanBIM certification or equivalent (asset)
