This is an opportunity to contribute to essential water treatment projects within a specialized team.
The position involves active participation in projects for cities, municipalities, and industries in drinking water treatment, wastewater treatment, pumping systems, and sludge treatment.
Challenges awaiting you, under the responsability of the automation and control Director
- Assist in the design of instrumentation and control plans
- Assist in the preparation of specifications
- Participate in the development of functional analyses
- Participate in system assessments and report writing
- Participate in the programming of industrial automation systems
- Participate in the programming of human-machine interfaces
- Participate in the design of industrial communication systems
- Perform surveys and analyses of existing industrial communication and control systems
- Apply ISO procedures of the company and its clients
- Perform quantity calculations and prepare quantity take-offs
- Carry out construction site supervision when required
- Contribute to automation projects in the Energy and Industrial division
Profile we’re looking for
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, automated production engineering, or a related field
- Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec as an Engineer-in-Training or be eligible for registration
- Have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience an asset
- Possess experience in engineering consulting an asset
- Have knowledge of drinking water, wastewater, and sludge treatment processes an asset
