Challenges awaiting you
- Participate in engineering studies related to various industrial processes
- Support process analyses and calculations during preliminary and detailed engineering phases (mass and energy balances, sizing, and optimization)
- Perform hydraulic calculations under the supervision of experienced engineers
- Participate in process simulations using tools such as Aspen HYSYS, Petro-SIM, or equivalent software
- Contribute to the design of process systems and equipment integrated into multidisciplinary projects
- Participate in the preparation of technical deliverables (calculation notes, specifications, reports, and design documents)
- Provide technical support to construction teams when required
- Collaborate with various disciplines involved in project execution
Profile we’re looking for
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Biotechnology, or an equivalent field
- Be registered as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec or be eligible for registration
- Have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in engineering consulting, industry, or a related field
- Have knowledge of process simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS, Petro-SIM, or ChemCad (asset)
- Demonstrate a strong interest in process engineering and technical skill development
- Demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and strong analytical skills
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoy working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
