Join a growing engineering team contributing to large-scale projects in renewable energy, chemical processes, and industrial systems.
The candidate will support the design and development of process systems across multiple project phases, working closely with multidisciplinary teams. The role can be based in Québec, Montréal, Repentigny, or Brossard.
Challenges awaiting you
- Carry out engineering studies related to various industrial processes
- Perform process analysis and calculations during preliminary and detailed engineering phases (mass and energy balances, sizing, optimization) for chemical industries and related energy production facilities
- Perform hydraulic calculations
- Conduct simulations using tools such as Aspen HYSYS, Petro-SIM, or equivalent
- Design process systems and equipment to be integrated into industrial and energy projects
- Provide technical support to construction sites when required
- Support other engineering disciplines within multidisciplinary projects
Profile we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, metallurgical engineering, biotechnology, or a related field
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of simulation software such as Aspen HYSYS, Petro-SIM, and ChemCAD (asset)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
