Catherine Roy-Blais combines technical expertise with a passion for innovation. “I have always been drawn to science and mathematics,” she says.
Convinced that a strong practical foundation would be an asset to her future career, she began her journey with a diploma in industrial electronics. Driven by her ambition to become an engineer, Catherine went on to study automated production at ÉTS, a choice that allowed her to merge her technical background with her intellectual curiosity.
Before joining the consulting engineering field, Catherine accumulated many years of experience. Her immersion in the industrial sector sharpened her observation skills, strengthened her analytical abilities, and gave her a deep understanding of real-world challenges. Today, these skills prove invaluable in her work with our partners.
For Catherine, it is essential to prioritize interventions in order to maximize the efficiency of the facilities.
One of her strengths is making technical issues understandable for clients, enabling them to make informed decisions about the future of their infrastructure.

Outside the office, Catherine leads an active and balanced life : golf, ball hockey, volleyball, and reading fill her free time. These moments of relaxation allow her to return to work with a clear and creative mind, ready to take on new challenges.
