Driven by our ambition to design a more sustainable, equitable, and transparent future, we strengthened our internal practices, broadened our positive impact, and further integrated ESG principles into our operations, corporate culture, and governance. This year, we are taking another step forward by reporting on the actions taken in light of this commitment. This report reflects our progress, the lessons learned, and the ambitions that guide us into the future. It embodies our belief that engineering can, and must, actively contribute to a responsible, human-centered, and innovative transition.
