The challenges that await you
- Act as a resource person for partners to meet their needs and lead the negotiation of agreements
- Ensure the technical quality and compliance of deliverables for the discipline
- Participate in the staffing process to build the building mechanical team at the Québec office
- Actively contribute to business development by identifying new partners and business opportunities in the Québec region
- Mentor and support all team members, ensuring their technical and professional development
- Contribute to the development and improvement of best work practices
- Collaborate with other departments of the company to ensure the achievement of business objectives in the region
The profile we’re looking for
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in building mechanical systems
- Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
- Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Possess relevant experience in consulting engineering
- Have relevant experience in projects within the healthcare and education sectors
- Be familiar with applicable industry codes and standards
- Have the ability to represent the company professionally with clients
- Demonstrate excellent written communication skills
- Possess a collaborative mindset
- Be able to work efficiently under pressure and with tight deadlines
