The challenges that await you

  • Act as a resource person for partners to meet their needs and lead the negotiation of agreements
  • Ensure the technical quality and compliance of deliverables for the discipline
  • Participate in the staffing process to build the building mechanical team at the Québec office
  • Actively contribute to business development by identifying new partners and business opportunities in the Québec region
  • Mentor and support all team members, ensuring their technical and professional development
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of best work practices
  • Collaborate with other departments of the company to ensure the achievement of business objectives in the region

The profile we’re looking for

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a specialization in building mechanical systems
  • Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
  • Possess relevant experience in consulting engineering
  • Have relevant experience in projects within the healthcare and education sectors
  • Be familiar with applicable industry codes and standards
  • Have the ability to represent the company professionally with clients
  • Demonstrate excellent written communication skills
  • Possess a collaborative mindset
  • Be able to work efficiently under pressure and with tight deadlines
