The challenges that await you

  • Plan, study, and evaluate electrical equipment and systems
  • Conduct feasibility studies, short-circuit studies, as well as design, operation, and performance assessments of electrical components, equipment, and electronic communication systems
  • Prepare cost estimates, design specifications for electrical systems and installations, and write reports
  • Design electrical circuits, components, networks, and installations
  • Supervise the installation, modification, testing, and operation of electrical systems and equipment
  • Support technicians, draftspersons, and junior/intermediate engineers
  • Conduct site supervision during construction
  • Monitor and follow up on contractor schedules

The profile we’re looking for

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering
  • Be a member in good standing of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Have experience in consulting engineering, in a similar role
  • Have experience working on commercial and institutional projects
  • Be able to professionally represent the company with clients
  • Be fluent in spoken and written French
  • Be familiar with the following software: Microsoft Office Suite, as well as lighting calculation software (AGI32) or Arc Flash analysis tools
