Walter mandated gbi to expand its warehouse and headquarters, covering an area of 9,570 m² in the Pointe-Claire Industrial Park. This new building, which is more than twice the size of the existing facility, aims to improve the installations while promoting an ecological and sustainable approach.

Inspired by the environmental philosophy of Bio-Circle and Walter, the gbi team designed a building that meets LEED® NC Gold standards, making this project a global showcase for J. Walter Compagnie Ltée.
