The fire station, which can accommodate 11 firefighters per shift, features ten garage doors and a shared living space for firefighters located on a mezzanine.

The visitor parking area includes electric vehicle charging stations. The project also incorporates a stormwater capture system with retention basins. In addition, the site development plans include coordination of the geothermal wells, along with the associated excavation and backfilling work.

This modern building, designed following the Integrated Design Process (IDP), was optimized through BIM modeling, enabling efficient coordination of all construction activities. The services provided covered all phases of the project, including preliminary studies, cost estimation, design of plans and specifications, regulatory approvals, as well as construction support, production of final drawings, and full project closeout.
