Building on its expertise in building engineering, gbi successfully carried out the complete rehabilitation of the underground parking facility at Loto-Québec’s head office, located at 500 Sherbrooke Street West in Montréal.

This project is part of a series of more than twenty interventions carried out by gbi in this iconic building, ranging from office space renovations to code compliance upgrades and safety improvements.

Following the five-year inspection conducted by gbi, our firm was commissioned to prepare the plans and specifications and to oversee the rehabilitation work of the indoor parking facility. The interventions were carried out in an occupied environment, where user safety and operational continuity were top priorities.
