Phase 1 includes two towers totaling 733 units over more than 800,000 sq. ft. Each building features generous glazing, interior gardens, rooftop terraces with multisport areas, a gym, sauna, indoor pool, and three levels of centralized underground parking. The modular units, ranging from lofts to penthouses, blend seamlessly with the historic architecture of Old Montreal.

Phase 2, on Block G, comprises four buildings totaling 570 units over 578,440 sq. ft. The towers, ranging from 9 to 18 stories, maintain the same high-end features, providing comfort, natural light, and access to shared spaces, gardens, and riverside walking paths.
