The challenges that await you
- Ensure technical quality and compliance with deliverables for the discipline
- Perform modeling and drawing production for projects, individually or as part of a team
- Provide mentorship to draftspersons and technicians within the team
- Contribute to the development and improvement of drawing standards for the discipline
- Supervise the work of technicians assigned to your projects
- Coordinate with other disciplines involved in the projects
- Respond to site-related questions with the support of the project lead
- Conduct structural assessments in existing buildings
- Perform technical follow-ups and site supervision during construction
The profile we’re looking for
- Hold a DEC or DEP in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or equivalent training
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in structural projects
- Be proficient with REVIT and AutoCAD
- Have knowledge of BIM processes
- Be fluent in French with a working knowledge of English
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset
