Challenges awaiting you
Design and engineering
- Participate in the design of municipal infrastructure projects (water distribution systems, sewers, roads, and urban utility networks)
- Collaborate in the collection and analysis of data required for project execution (existing plans, surveys, studies, applicable regulations)
- Perform hydraulic and technical calculations under the supervision of senior engineers
- Contribute to the preparation of plans, specifications, and technical documents
- Participate in quantity take-offs and construction cost estimates
Project coordination and execution
- Support the preparation of permit and authorization applications with relevant authorities
- Conduct site visits and participate in construction monitoring activities
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and best practices
- Work closely with all stakeholders involved in project delivery
Profile we’re looking for
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec as an EIT (CPI)
- Have relevant experience in consulting engineering or municipal infrastructure (internship or employment)
- Demonstrate a strong interest in water distribution systems, sewers, stormwater management, and road infrastructure
- Familiarity or interest in design and modelling software related to the field
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and initiative
- Be available for occasional travel to project sites
- Have completed the ASP Construction training
