Project Coordinator

Are you looking for a key role in project coordination within multidisciplinary environmental teams ?

This position involves actively contributing to the planning, monitoring, and delivery of diverse mandates in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.

Challenges awaiting you

  • Participate in the coordination of projects across various engineering disciplines
  • Assist project managers in planning, organizing, and monitoring project activities
  • Contribute to the development and updating of schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Monitor project progress and report variances related to costs, timelines, and scope
  • Participate in large-scale projects for major clients including municipalities and government agencies
  • Track schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Follow up with clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in project risk identification and management
  • Support the preparation of reports and technical documents
  • Organize and prepare project meetings including agendas, minutes, and action tracking
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation
  • Perform any other related tasks associated with project coordination

Profile we’re looking for

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
  • Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in project management or a similar role
  • Demonstrate knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
  • Hold a certification or diploma in project management an asset
  • Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec or in the process of becoming one
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and priority management skills
  • Show strong teamwork and communication abilities
  • Be fluent in French, both spoken and written
  • Hold an ASP Construction card an asset
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and be available for occasional travel
