Challenges awaiting you
- Actively participate in the design of building structures
- Analyze and design concrete, steel, and timber structures
- Prepare specifications and contribute to the development of construction methods
- Ensure that plans comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
- Coordinate with clients and other professionals involved in projects
- Occasionally participate in construction site follow-up activities
- Perform any other related tasks that contribute to successful project delivery
Profile we’re looking for
- Be completing a bachelor’s degree or hold a master’s degree in civil engineering with a specialization in building structures
- Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT), or have an application in progress
- Experience in consulting engineering is considered an asset
- Possess a good knowledge of applicable building codes and standards
- Excellent command of spoken and written French
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, ETABS, SAP, and SAFE
- Demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and strong collaboration skills
