This position involves leading a variety of environmental mandates from planning to execution, while ensuring coordination between disciplines and clients.
Challenges awaiting you
- Plan, organize, and coordinate environmental projects
- Contribute to multidisciplinary projects including building, energy, and infrastructure sectors
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and deliverable quality
- Develop and maintain project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
- Act as the main point of contact for clients
- Coordinate internal and external multidisciplinary teams and ensure consistent integration of deliverables
- Supervise and support project coordinators and assigned technical staff
- Lead project meetings and ensure clear, proactive communication among stakeholders
- Participate in project risk analysis and management
- Work on large-scale mandates for major clients including municipalities and government agencies
- Contribute to business development and client relationship management
- Ensure the quality of reports and deliverables
- Perform any other related tasks as required
Profile we’re looking for
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field
- Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management, including at least 2 years in a project manager or equivalent role
- Have participated in multidisciplinary engineering projects
- Understand engineering processes and project life cycles
- Demonstrate project management skills and knowledge of PMI methodologies and tools
- Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec or in the process of becoming one
- Have experience coordinating multidisciplinary projects
- Be able to manage multiple mandates simultaneously
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Show strong analytical and risk management abilities
- Be fluent in French, both spoken and written
- Hold an ASP Construction card an asset
- Possess a valid driver’s license and be available for occasional travel
