As the heart of the campus, this building promotes collaboration, activities, and access to information while providing essential services such as commercial spaces, a medical clinic, gardens, and terraces.

Rising five stories above ground with two underground levels accommodating around sixty vehicles, this 130,000 sq ft building stands out for its high-end design and luminous presence, thanks to a unique glass-engraving process featuring 500 sealed units that illuminate the façade at night. This project falls into the category of Class A buildings in Montreal, combining comfort, aesthetics, and energy performance.
