Located in the heart of the Lebourgneuf district, Les Galeries de la Capitale is one of Quebec City’s major shopping centers, featuring nearly 280 stores and offering a multifunctional space for shopping and entertainment.

gbi is involved in the fit-out and renovation of approximately 60 stores per year in this major shopping center. Each store ranges in size from 400 m² to 800 m², and gbi handles the design of both base plans and electromechanical layouts for each space, meeting the requirements of both the landlord and the tenant.

gbi also provides construction supervision and commissioning for each store throughout the building process. These projects, often executed under tight schedules, require in-depth knowledge of the shopping center’s electromechanical systems and overall infrastructure.
