The Collège Saint-Hilaire expansion project involved the addition of a three-storey building totaling 15,000 square feet.

Completed within an active educational environment, the project was designed to enhance the spaces available to students and staff by incorporating new classrooms, common areas, a multipurpose room, and a rooftop terrace.

gbi provided mechanical, electrical, structural, and civil engineering services for the project. The mandate included upgrading certain existing electromechanical systems to current standards, replacing the electrical service entrance, and designing the structure incorporating precast concrete panels.

Through this project, Collège Saint-Hilaire now benefits from modern, functional spaces tailored to the needs of its school community, fostering an environment that supports learning, collaboration, and student development.
