The Acadie Project involves the development of 26 affordable housing units for the Monde‑Uni Housing Cooperative as part of the Société d’habitation du Québec’s Affordable Housing Program (PHAQ).

For this project, gbi provided mechanical, electrical, structural and civil engineering services, supporting the design and delivery of a sustainable and accessible living environment for the community.

The project stands out for its modular construction approach. All 26 housing units were successfully installed on site in just three days, demonstrating the efficiency of the construction method and the strong coordination among project partners.

This achievement reflects the collaborative efforts of the Monde‑Uni Housing Cooperative, Magil Construction, TISSEUR, ACDF Architecture, Lemay, Groupe CDH and all stakeholders involved in the project.
