gbi is proud to have contributed to the development of Habitation Havre du Renouveau, a 36-unit residential project designed for low- and moderate-income households in Laval.

Delivered as part of the Société d’habitation du Québec’s Highly Prefabricated Multi-Unit Housing Initiative, the project helps accelerate the delivery of affordable housing while improving construction efficiency.

Our teams provided structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering services for this three-storey building, helping create a safe, functional, and sustainable living environment that meets the needs of the community. The prefabricated construction approach supports faster project delivery while increasing access to quality housing.

Developed through the collaboration of the Corporation d’habitation Laval (CHL), Magil-Tisseur, Bonneville, Lemay, ACDF Architecture, and gbi, Habitation Havre du Renouveau is a tangible response to the growing demand for affordable housing in the Laval region.
